In 1971, I was born in Morlaix, a small town in Brittany, France.

My first encounter with pastels took place in 1990 when I was a student in a graphic arts school in Paris. I was seduced at once and started doing everything in pastels, including typography...

In 1994, my middle school art teacher organized my first solo exhibition.

In 2004, I started showing my pastels in the exhibitions organized by the Société des Pastellistes de France.

In 2009, I was given the title of Maître Pastelliste by the Société des Pastellistes de France.

In 2013, I still live and work near Morlaix.

I have come to rely a lot on this set. I use many, many other pastels and tools, but this set is what I always start a new pastel with.
